We are not a booking site and we are not trying to be. A small number of London flats, in neighbourhoods that make sense, with someone local on the end of a phone.

Our first London flats are being secured now. Join the waitlist and you get first refusal on dates, at the launch rate, before anything goes on a booking platform.
What we are building
Four things we will not compromise on.
- Neighbourhood first
- Chosen for where they are, not for how the photographs came out. Every one within ten minutes of a tube station we would use ourselves.
- A real person
- Someone you can call who is in the same city, not a support queue in a different timezone.
- Set up for actually staying
- Fast broadband, a working kitchen, a washing machine, and a guide to the immediate five streets written by whoever lives on them.
- Bundled with the rest
- Airport pickup and a walk on your first morning, arranged with the stay, on one invoice.
